Nace el 14 de octubre de 1974 en Coos Bay,Oregon, Estados Unidos.

A los 15 concurre por primera vez a un gimnasio llamado Better Builds en donde comenzó practicando powerlifting.

Un hombre llamado Mark Crawford la introduce al culturismo aconsejándole una dieta con el fin de que se presente a un torneo.
Es la hermana gemela de la culturista competitiva Sherry Bleck.
